Brooke Harrow has extensive experience in health economics and outcomes research. Brooke currently holds the position of Senior Director, Health Economics and Outcomes Research at Deciphera Pharmaceuticals. Prior to this, they worked as the Director, Global HEOR at Ipsen from 2019 to 2021. From 2015 to 2019, they served as the Director, Health Economics and Outcomes Research at TESARO, where they established the HEOR function and focused on collaborative research and the development of value propositions. Before that, they worked at MEDA - US as the Senior Director and Head, Health Economics and Outcomes Research, leading all HEOR activities for Meda US compounds and collaborating with other teams. Brooke also worked at Vertex Pharmaceuticals as the Director, Health Outcomes, Global Market Access, and Value, where they led health outcomes strategy and was involved in the successful launch of Kalydeco. Additionally, they have held positions at Abt Bio-Pharma Solutions/Abt Associates, Fallon Clinic, University of Massachusetts Boston, and New England Research Institutes.
Brooke Harrow earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Tufts University, where they attended from 1980 to 1984. Brooke later pursued a PhD in Economics of Health and Mental Health from The Heller School for Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University, completing their studies from 1987 to 1992.
