Tom Young

Tom Young is currently the Director of Information Architecture at Deciphera Pharmaceuticals, a position held since August 2023. Prior to this, Tom served as the Enterprise Data Architect at Epizyme from January 2021 to February 2023. Tom's earlier experience includes working as Application Manager for Healthcare in North America at EMD Serono, Inc. from August 2016 to January 2021. Tom's career commenced at Collaborative Consulting, where Tom held various roles including Lead Consultant, Senior Consultant, Staff Consultant, Associate Consultant, and Technical Support Administrator from October 2003 to August 2016. Tom earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Boston College.
