Vi Chou is currently serving as the Director of New Product Planning at Deciphera Pharmaceuticals, where responsibilities include leading commercial assessments and developing target product profiles for various program teams. Prior to this role, Vi held the position of Director of Global Commercial Product Strategy in Oncology at Gilead Sciences, overseeing commercial strategies for oncology therapies and leading cross-functional teams. At Genentech, Vi managed the oncology pipeline analytics team and contributed to the launch of key oncology products.
