JaCelia Dukes

JaCelia Dukes has a diverse work experience that spans from 2009 to the present. JaCelia is currently working as a Client Engagement Manager at Decisely, a position they started in September 2020. Prior to that, they worked as an Insurance Broker at HealthMarkets from January 2019 to November 2020. From August 2017 to December 2018, JaCelia served as an IT Project Coordinator at PM&A. JaCelia also gained experience as an Office Associate at Chattahoochee Technical College from June 2016 to June 2017. Before that, they held the position of Sales Associate at Jim Hudson Lexus Augusta from January 2015 to June 2016. JaCelia's early career started at Hooters of America, where they worked as a Bartender/ Team Leader from August 2009 to January 2015.

JaCelia Dukes began their education in 2016 at Chattahoochee Technical College, where they earned an Associate's degree in Cyber/Computer Forensics and Counterterrorism. JaCelia furthered their studies at Kennesaw State University from 2018 to 2019, pursuing a BA in Information Technologies. In addition to their education, JaCelia obtained certifications such as Ahip from Humana in January 2019 and the Certified Professional, Life and Health Insurance Program (CPLHI) from the State of Georgia in September 2018.
