Julie Smith has over 25 years of experience in programming and analytical roles in the tech industry. Currently serving as a Senior Tabulation Programmer at Decision Analyst, Inc. since February 2004, Julie has honed expertise in data analysis and programming. Prior experience includes positions as a Programmer/Analyst at Lexington Services from June 1999 to October 2001 and at Geac Computers, Inc. from December 1995 to June 1999.
