Shayne Mitchell

Shayne Mitchell has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Starting in 2001, Shayne worked at Altech Autopage Cellular as a Customer Retention Strategist, where they successfully transitioned the customer retention function and developed a business case for device financing. Shayne then held multiple executive positions at Altech Autopage Cellular, including Executive Head of Service Quality and General Manager of Customer Retention. In these roles, they focused on improving the customer experience, implementing a three-phased strategy, and achieving retention objectives. In 2012, Shayne joined Altron as a Business Intelligence Manager at Altech Autopage Cellular, partnering with customers for digital transformation. Most recently, in 2017, Shayne worked at In 2 Great Consulting as a Business Consultant, providing strategic planning, financial modeling, and operational leadership to clients. Currently, Shayne serves as an Operations Manager at Decision Inc., a global leader in information-driven transformation.

Shayne Mitchell has a diverse education history with a focus on technology, innovation, and theology. In 1997, Shayne attended Rhema Bible College, where they obtained a Higher Diploma in Theological and Ministerial Studies, completing their studies in 2000. They later pursued a Master of Science degree in Management of Technology and Innovation at The Da Vinci Institute from 2021 to 2023.

Additionally, Shayne has obtained multiple certifications to enhance their skillset. In 2014, they completed the "Stanford University Online_Computer Science 101" course offered by Stanford University. In 2015, they completed various Coursera Verified Certificates courses, including "The Role of Global Capital Markets," "The Language and Tools of Financial Analysis," "R Programming," and "The Data Scientist's Toolbox." In 2016, they acquired the "Microsoft Office Specialist Excel 2016" certification. More recently, in 2020, Shayne obtained the "Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals" certification from Microsoft and the "Qlik Data Literacy Certification" from Qlik.
