Michael Harmon is the current Chief Operating Officer at Decision Technologies Inc. Prior to this, they served as Vice President and Division General Manager at ICI Services from March 2010 to January 2016. There, they led a line division with employees located across the United States. Michael was also responsible for capturing and proposals for multiple contracts totaling over $150 million.
Harmon began their career in 1985 at BAE Systems as a Director/Program Manager/Engineer. Michael remained there for 25 years before moving to ICI Services. During their time at BAE Systems, they worked on a variety of programs for both the US Navy and Air Force.
Harmon has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech. Michael is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and the Project Management Institute (PMI).
