Tushar Gupta

Tushar Gupta is a Senior Analyst at Saarthee since December 2022, previously serving as an Assistant Manager at Tata Insights and Quants from October 2020 to December 2022, where Tushar developed an internal process for automating regulatory reporting for an insurance client. Prior experience includes a trainee position at Larsen & Toubro in June and July 2018, focusing on the study of RCC design and fabrication of precast concrete elements. Tushar holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines), Dhanbad, completed in 2020, and has completed secondary and senior secondary education at Central Academy School and Shiv Adarsh Gyan Mandir School, respectively.
