Bo Li, Ph.D., is a behavioral scientist and co-founder of DecisionAI, where they lead the company’s commercial strategy to empower consumers in making informed energy choices. Bo previously served as a Senior Principal Consultant at Dell Technologies, advising executives on enhancing customer experience through behavioral insights, and has held academic positions, including Assistant Professor of Marketing at the University of Louisville. Their research career includes roles at the University of Washington, Eli Lilly and Company, and Virginia Tech, focusing on consumer preferences and marketing strategies. Bo also lectures on integrating behavioral science in FinTech at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
