Karishma Menon is currently the Go-To-Market and Operations lead at Decisionly, where they help card issuers automate dispute resolution with AI. With over 12 years of experience in fintech, consumer tech, and strategy, they previously scaled India's largest digital bank from zero to over 3 million customers. Before their role at Decisionly, Karishma held several positions at Jupiter, including Lead of New Products and Chief of Staff to the CEO, where they implemented an OKR culture and secured an $80 million Series C funding round. Additionally, they have taught as a guest lecturer at the University of Washington, sharing insights on AI's impact on leadership and communication. Karishma earned an MBA from the London Business School and holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Shri Ram College of Commerce.
