Pallavi K. is the CEO and co-founder of Decisionly, where they focus on automating issuer disputes using AI technology. Prior to this role, Pallavi served as Chief Operating Officer at Chargehound from 2016 to 2023, during which the company was acquired by PayPal in 2021.
