Divya Kudchadkar

Divya Kudchadkar has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources, specializing in analytics and data science. Divya currently serves as the Managing Director at DecisionNxt, where they help global businesses optimize their offshore investments through analytical solutions. Prior to this, Divya held the position of Head of Human Resources - India & UK at Acrotrend Solutions, where they played a key role in managing the HR function for both countries. Divya also worked as an Assistant Manager - Business HR at Ness Technologies, focusing on business-related HR responsibilities. Earlier in their career, Divya worked at Acrotrend as an HR professional and EpiComm Technologies Limited as an HR Generalist. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated their expertise in HR management and has gained extensive experience in various HR roles.

Divya Kudchadkar completed their Bachelor of Commerce - BCom degree in Banking & Finance from Savitribai Phule Pune University from 2003 to 2006. Divya then pursued an MBA in Human Resource from Vishwakarma Institute Of Technology from 2006 to 2008. Prior to their higher education, Divya attended DAV Public School until 2001. In 2018, they obtained certification as a Hogan Certified Practitioner from Hogan Assessment Systems.
