Earlier in their career, Divya worked at Acrotrend as an HR professional and EpiComm Technologies Limited as an HR Generalist. Divya Kudchadkar completed their Bachelor of Commerce - BCom degree in Banking & Finance from Savitribai Phule Pune University from 2003 to 2006. Divya then pursued an MBA in Human Resource from Vishwakarma Institute Of Technology from 2006 to 2008. Prior to their higher education, Divya attended DAV Public School until 2001. In 2018, they obtained certification as a Hogan Certified Practitioner from Hogan Assessment Systems.
