Steve Williams is the current President at DecisionPath Consulting. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at APA, Inc. from March 1987 to October 1999. There, they turned around a troubled professional services company by designing and implementing all major functions and systems required to operate profitably. Steve also developed long-term subcontracts with large system integrators operating in the Federal IT market.
