Bryan Thomas has a diverse work history spanning various industries. Bryan started their career in 2007 as a Line Cook and Cashier at Five Guys Enterprises, where they ensured food quality and provided excellent customer service. In 2012, they transitioned to NAPA AUTO PARTS as a Commercial Sales Representative, where they cultivated relationships with customers and provided product recommendations.

In 2016, Bryan gained experience in counseling as an intern at Virginia Beach Coaching and Counseling, where they conducted individual clinical sessions and facilitated psychoeducational training. Bryan furthered their counseling experience at Virginia Wesleyan University as a Counseling Intern from 2017 to 2018, providing therapy to undergraduate and graduate students and participating in case consultations.

In 2016, Bryan joined Regent University, initially as an Enrollment Counselor responsible for recruiting and supporting prospective students. Bryan then took on roles as an Enrollment Systems & Data Analyst, overseeing technical troubleshooting and system administration, and as an Enrollment Systems & Support Manager, leading a team in supporting enrollment systems and implementing strategies to increase enrollment.

Most recently, Bryan has been working at Decisions since 2019. Bryan started as a Support Engineer, serving as the first point of contact for customer technical assistance and conducting remote troubleshooting. Bryan then moved into a role as a Support Manager, before their current position as Director of Customer Success, where they are responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction.

Throughout their career, Bryan has demonstrated strong technical skills, customer service abilities, and a passion for counseling and supporting individuals.

Bryan Thomas received their Associate of Science degree in Social Sciences from Tidewater Community College, where they studied from 2008 to 2010. Bryan then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in American History (United States) at Old Dominion University from 2011 to 2013. Finally, they completed their education by obtaining a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Regent University, where they studied from 2015 to 2018.
