Will heads up the Post Sales organization at Decisions ensuring that customers have fast, reliable access to the support and resources they need to automate anything and everything in their business. Prior to leading the Customer organization he helped deliver customer implementations in Finance and Healthcare. He earned a Bachelors of Arts in Philosophy from CNU and is a self-described product person who loves the moment when a customer unlocks the power of the Decisions platform.
