Dave Long

Dave Long is the current Chief Operating Officer at DecisionWise, a position they have held since August 2013. Prior to that, they were an MBA intern at Adobe in their Human Resources department from May-August 2013. There, they completed strategic projects for Human Resources Business Partners supporting Adobe senior directors and above. This included creating and implementing a system for tracking and reporting on performance management cases, as well as increasing team collaboration by implementing a shared digital workspace for the Business Partner team. Dave Long graduated with an MBA from Brigham Young University in 2014. Prior to that, they worked at Wells Fargo from January 2008 to December 2012 as a Private Client Consultant, advising Wells Fargo clientele with investible assets in excess of $1,000,000. Dave earned a level 5 annual rating for 2011—the highest rating available to consultants in The Private Bank. Dave also performed in the top 5% of all team members in efficiency and quality-based metrics. From 2007-2011, Dave was the Managing Partner at Park West Enterprises.

Dave Long has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Brigham Young University in Organizational Behavior/Human Resources. Dave also has a BS from Brigham Young University in Business Administration/Finance, and a degree in Business from Brigham Young University - Idaho.

They work with Derek Devashrayee - Client Success Manager, Noelle Bott - Director of Engineering, and Nate Jones - Director, Solutions Architects. Dave Long reports to Tracy Maylett, CEO.
