Joy Dascalakis

Joy Dascalakis has over 20 years of experience in various leadership positions within the transportation industry. Their most recent role was as Senior Director of Strategic Accounts at Decisiv, Inc., where they worked on project implementation and revenue mining for major accounts. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Transit Part Sales at Prevost, where they increased revenue through innovative sales strategies. Joy also held positions at Mack Trucks and Volvo Group, where they oversaw aftermarket development and parts support on a global scale. Joy has a strong track record of improving sales and driving profitability through strategic planning and stakeholder collaboration.

Joy Dascalakis earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Wake Forest University in 1998. Joy also obtained a BA degree in French/Religion from Converse University. Additionally, Joy Dascalakis pursued another MBA degree at Wake Forest University.
