Rachel Suttle has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries and roles. Starting in 2007, they began as an intern at the North American International Auto Show and later at PCGCampbell. In 2008, they worked as a Marketing Coordinator at Infomedia- DBA IFM North America. In 2009, Rachel began their freelance career in Public Relations, which lasted until 2012. From 2012 to 2016, they worked at Hino Trucks as a Project Coordinator, and from 2016 to 2022, they served as a Connected Vehicle Program Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Sr. Director, Strategic Accounts at Decisiv, Inc. Throughout their career, Rachel has managed various projects, developed APIs for collaboration with external partners, and strategized OTA capabilities for Hino Trucks engines.

Rachel Suttle has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Walsh College, which they obtained from 2014 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Management and Entertainment/Sports/Promotions Management from Northwood University from 2004 to 2008. Rachel also holds an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Automotive Marketing from Northwood University. Rachel's educational journey began at Walled Lake Western High School. In addition to their formal education, Rachel obtained a certification as a Certified Scrum Product Owner from the Scrum Alliance in 2017.
