Shawn Cunningham, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Shawn most recently served as the Sr. Director of Customer Success at Decisiv, Inc., where they managed a team responsible for platform adoption and utilized data and analytics to measure key performance indicators. Prior to this, Shawn held positions such as Strategic Account Director, Program Director, Regional CSM Team Lead, and Customer Service Manager Southeast Region / Quebec, all within the same company. Before joining Decisiv, Inc., Shawn worked at Florida DDA for 12 years, where they handled service and warranty administration duties. Shawn also had a brief stint as an Assistant to the Service Manager at Hercules Machinery Co. Shawn Cunningham, MBA holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business from Southern New Hampshire University. Shawn also earned their Master of Business Administration degree in International Business from the same university. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Certified VMRS Specialist from the Technology & Maintenance Council of American Trucking Associations, Inc. and in Psychology of Leadership from Cornell University.
