Tim Hardin

Tim Hardin is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within the technology and automotive sectors. Currently serving as President at Decisiv, Inc. since March 2025, Tim previously held the position of SVP Global Data Services at Epicor, where transformative growth under Tim's leadership increased the Automotive organization's Annual Recurring Revenue from $70 million to $132 million. Tim has also contributed to various boards, including the University of the Aftermarket Foundation and The Harbour. With a career spanning multiple high-level roles at companies such as Neon One, Solera, PROS, CDK Global, and ADP, Tim has consistently demonstrated expertise in sales strategy, customer success, and organizational management. Tim holds an MBA from the University of Central Arkansas and a BS in Economics and Accounting from Arkansas Tech University.
