Kiersten Ban began their career in 2018 as a Digital Commerce Associate at New Balance. In 2022, they joined Deck Commerce as a Client Success Manager and Solutions Consultant.

Kiersten Ban attended Southern Illinois University, Carbondale from 2009 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing.
