Frédérick Lavoie

Frédérick Lavoie is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and operations. Currently serving as President & COO at Deck since June 2024, Lavoie previously held pivotal roles at Flinks, including Advisor to the CEO and COO from December 2016 to October 2024. A former Reserve Officer in the Canadian Armed Forces from May 2009 to February 2020, Lavoie also participated as a cohort member in the C100 ‘48Hrs in the Valley’ initiative in June 2018. In addition, Lavoie founded Moose Bicycle, operating from April 2012 to December 2016. Lavoie attended McGill University from 2010 to 2013, pursuing a Bachelor of Arts.
