Emma Aylon currently serves as the Director of Sales at Deck since October 2025. Previously, Emma held roles at Plaid from August 2021 to October 2025, achieving recognition as a top producer in North American Enterprise sales and leading the sales team in Canada. During Emma's time at Wealthsimple from October 2018 to August 2021, significant contributions included establishing the influencer partnership network and dramatically increasing client acquisitions.
