Claire Overby is a creative research and project management professional with a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Washington. Claire has previously held positions such as Systems Investigator for the University of Washington Study Abroad, where they investigated supply chain effects on rural healthcare in South Africa, and Product Manager at Tavour, where they built and scaled marketplaces for microbreweries. They also served as Lead Technical Consultant at McKinstry, managing an interdisciplinary engineering team, and most recently worked as Ecommerce Experience & Systems Manager at First Lite before becoming Senior Ecommerce Manager at DECKED in 2024. Passionate about disruptive startups, Claire focuses on optimizing and scaling web and app-based consumer and B2B e-commerce platforms.
