Francesca Schuler is a CEO and Board Director with extensive experience in both the private and nonprofit sectors, focusing on delivering profitable growth and fostering high-performing cultures. Currently, Francesca serves as the Executive Director of Dialogue Vanderbilt and holds board positions at O'Neill Vintners and Distillers, Yandell Companies, Chuze Fitness, United Aesthetics Alliance, and DECKED, LLC. Previously, Francesca held significant roles, including Chief Executive Officer at In-Shape Health Clubs and Chief Marketing Officer at BevMo! and Treasury Wine Estates.
