Joshua Moore

Joshua Moore is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Lead Product Engineer at DECKED since April 2025. Prior to this role, Joshua held various positions at Gunwerks from January 2021 to April 2025, including Engineering Manager and Product Design Engineer. From May 2013 to January 2021, Joshua worked at Hoyt Archery Inc. as both a Composite Development Engineer and a Product Engineer. Early career experiences include a role as a Machine Operator at MONTANA BLACK GOLD from November 2011 to May 2013 and an internship as a Field Specialist Intern at Schlumberger in the summer of 2012. Joshua obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Montana State University-Bozeman, completing the program in 2013.
