Michael Wallace

Michael Wallace has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Michael most recently worked at DECKED, LLC as the Vice President of Operations for Utah, starting in March 2022. Prior to that, they were the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at CargoGlide from January 2020 to March 2022. Before that, they held the role of Government & Public Affairs Director at VE Management and Investment Co., LC from January 2019 to January 2020, where they led negotiations with local governments for real estate developments. From an earlier period of 2014 to 2019, Michael served as the Vice President and Acting Chief Operating Officer at Cobalt Kinetics, a national brand company, where they oversaw various departments and served on the board of directors. Michael began their career in law enforcement and served in multiple leadership positions at the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department from August 1994 to December 2014, including the rank of Lieutenant. In addition to their law enforcement responsibilities, they led surveillance and technical units, overseeing advanced investigative operations.

Michael Wallace has a Bachelor of Arts - BA degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas. Additionally, they obtained a certification in EXECUTIVE PRESENCE AND INFLUENCE: PERSUASIVE LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT from Wharton Executive Education in May 2023.
