Micheal Pulo

Micheal Pulo has been with Deckee since January 2018 and currently serves as the company's Chief Technology Officer. Prior to joining Deckee, Micheal spent four years with Commit Works where they served as the company's Chief Technology Officer. In this role, Micheal was responsible for leading a team of software engineers who adopted an agile, DevOps-oriented approach to software development. Micheal was also responsible for determining the enterprise technology strategy for Commit Works, which included modernizing infrastructure and leveraging emerging technologies.

Micheal Pulo has a Bachelor's degree in Root Cause Analysis Engineering from RAAF. Micheal also has a Lead Consultant - Agile Business Problem Solving & Accelerated Change certification from IBM and a Business Growth & Systemisation (Marketing, Sales and Operations) Consultant certification from Quantum Organisation. Furthermore, they are a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt & Implementer from Lean Six Sigma Solutions and an Experienced Project Manager from The George Washington University. Additionally, they have a Team Software Capability Maturity Model certification from Carnegie Mellon Centre For Information Systems Engineering and an Agile & Waterfall Software Development Life Cycle certification from IBM. Lastly, they have a RII30111 Certificate 3 Surface Extraction Operations from RII as well as an Implementing Attitude Based Safety certification from Sentis.

Their manager is Mike McKiernan, Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Will Falconer - CTO, Jack O'Rourke - Content Manager, and Eugenie Alder - CPO.
