Andrew Schapper

Andrew Schapper is an experienced professional with a diverse background in both the retail and sports coaching sectors. Since September 2016, Andrew has held various roles at Deckers Brands, currently serving as a Product Owner in Retail after progressing from positions such as Jr. Business System Analyst and Allocation Analyst. Prior to that, Andrew coached baseball at Westmont College and held several coaching positions, including Head Baseball Coach for the So Cal Halos and Assistant Baseball Coach for Santa Paula Halos. Andrew's earlier experiences include a Sales Development Representative role at AppFolio Inc. and an intern position at UCSB Intercollegiate Athletics, where event coordination and customer service were key responsibilities. Andrew holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Oregon State University and a B.A. in Philosophy, along with a Certificate in Sports Management from UC Santa Barbara.
