Christopher Johnson is a Continuous Improvement Manager at Deckers Brands and a Six Sigma Black Belt with a proven track record in enhancing operational efficiency. They previously led Lean and Six Sigma programs at FedEx Supply Chain that achieved over 30% in packaging cost reductions and designed innovative reporting tools that saved significant manpower. Prior to FedEx, Christopher managed a fraud investigations team at Apple, collaborating with law enforcement on high-profile cases. They hold a B.S. in Organizational Management with a focus on Supply Chain Management and Logistics from Purdue University and are currently pursuing an M.S. in Supply Chain Management at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Outside of work, Christopher serves as a volunteer Firefighter/EMT in their community.
