Dee Baker

Dee Baker is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in brand production and e-commerce, currently serving as UGG Consulting Producer and Senior Brand Producer at Deckers Brands since July 2018. Responsibilities include managing global brand creative content, overseeing multi-million dollar production budgets, conducting talent castings, and leading on-set productions. Prior to Deckers Brands, Dee held various roles at Nordstrom from August 2006 to March 2018, including Regional Salesperson Video Producer and E-Commerce Producer, where significant contributions were made in video content production and managing photo shoots. Additionally, Dee coordinates weddings for The Little Deetails. Dee holds an Associate of Arts degree in Fashion Marketing from Fashion Careers College.
