Patrick Grismer

Patrick Grismer has extensive experience in finance and leadership, serving on the Board of Directors for Deckers Brands and Krispy Kreme since 2025, while previously holding key roles at Panera Bread, including Board Chair and Chair of the Audit Committee. Grismer's career includes significant positions as Chief Financial Officer at leading companies such as Starbucks, Hyatt, and Yum! Brands, where responsibilities spanned finance and strategic planning. Earlier experience includes a decade at The Walt Disney Company, where roles encompassed Vice President of Strategic Planning for Disneyland Resort and CFO of the Disney Vacation Club. Grismer began a professional journey in management consulting with PwC and holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BS from USC's Marshall School of Business.
