Ryan Larson has over a decade of experience in visual merchandising and design, currently serving as Senior Design Manager for Global Store Concept & Visual Design at Deckers Brands since May 2013, where responsibilities include creating engaging in-store experiences and overseeing creative prop production. Larson has progressively advanced through multiple roles at Deckers, including Design Manager and Senior Visual Merchandiser for UGG. Prior experience includes freelance work with Ralph Lauren, an internship in visual merchandising at UGG, and various roles in event production and fashion writing. Ryan holds an Associate of Arts degree in Visual Communications from the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising in San Francisco and previously studied at the Academy of Art University.
