Sharon Tepper

Sharon Tepper is an experienced human resources professional with over two decades in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Vice President of People & Experience at Deckers Brands since January 2013, Sharon has also held positions as Sr Director of Global Organizational Effectiveness and Sr Director of HR Business Partner within the company. Prior to this, Sharon worked as a Human Resources Consultant at RGB, LLC from September 2002 to January 2013, providing HR consulting services to creative and technology firms. Additionally, Sharon served as Director of Human Resources for Diesel USA, Inc. from October 2005 to December 2012, managing corporate HR functions under the Only The Brave brand portfolio. Earlier career experience includes roles as Human Resources Generalist at Siegel & Gale and Compensation & Benefits at Donna Karan International. Sharon holds a BA in Psychology from Vassar College.
