Tracy Paoletti is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in sales management across the athletic and lifestyle industries. Currently serving as VP GM for UGG & Koolaburra by UGG at Deckers Brands since July 2016, Tracy oversees sales operations, wholesale merchandising, and field merchandising teams of 70, guiding nine Directors and Managers. Prior to this role, Tracy held the title of Vice President of Sales at ASICS America, leading a sales team of 105 and implementing structural changes to enhance sales effectiveness. Additional experience includes a successful tenure as Regional Sales Manager at both ASICS America and American Sporting Goods, where Tracy achieved significant sales growth. An entrepreneurial background includes ownership of Dynamic Performance Sales Inc. Tracy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Providence College.
