Walid Mustapha

Walid Fayez Mustapha, PhD, is a seasoned professional in data science and technology with a strong entrepreneurial background. Currently serving as Co-Founder at Deckmatch since March 2023 and as an Angel Investor at Leedoe Holding since March 2021, Walid has previously held various significant roles, including VP of Data Science at Marketer and Founder & CTO at HomeFair, where a successful exit was achieved. Walid's expertise spans machine learning, cloud infrastructure, and advanced analytics, with notable contributions to organizations such as Tine, Capgemini, and Cirque A/S. Academically, Walid holds a PhD in Renewable Energy from the School of Economics and Business at the Norwegian University of Life Sciences, complemented by an MSc in Forest and Nature Management from the University of Copenhagen and a BSc in Technological and Socio-Economic Planning from Roskilde University.
