Don Smith has a long history of work experience, beginning in 2011 as a Senior Healthcare Recruiter for Maxim Healthcare Services. In 2012, they moved to Stryker as a Trauma Sales Representative and Full Line Sales Associate. In 2015, they joined Progressly (which was later acquired by Box) as an Enterprise Strategic Accounts/Sales and Success Team Lead/Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Professional. In 2018, they began working for Verkada as a Northeast Senior Regional Sales Manager and Regional Sales Manager/Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Professional. In 2020, they became the Director of Commercial Sales at Very Good Security. In 2021, they took on the role of Enterprise Sales Director at Doxel, and in 2022 they became the Sr Enterprise Sales Director at DeckRobot.

Don Smith obtained a BSBA in Management & Marketing from Bryant University between 2005 and 2010. From 2001 to 2005, they attended Attleboro High School. Don also holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification ID#: 4711992 from the Management and Strategy Institute, as well as a Medical Sales Certification from the National Association of Medical Sales Representatives with a Medical Sales #81922012.
