Federico Schiffrin

Federico Schiffrin is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as a Partner and Co-Head of GP Solutions at Declaration Partners since June 2024. Prior to this role, Federico held the position of Managing Director at BDT & MSD Partners from September 2021 to June 2024, where the firm focuses on the unique needs of founders and business owners through advisory services and investment products. With significant experience in private equity, Federico was a Partner at Unigestion from February 2009 to September 2021, overseeing direct investments in the Americas and participating in the investment committee. Federico began the career as an Analyst at Family Office Grupo Palermo and later advanced to Principal at Three Cities Research, where notable achievements included co-leading a successful turnaround for a company in the forest products machinery industry.
