We’ve been connecting people to Jesus and walking them through life transformation since 1986. It was then, that Michael and Kathi Pitts planted Cornerstone Church in Toledo OH.

Since October 2019, Phil and Meredith Ryburn have served as the Lead Pastors. Our services are vibrant, interactive, family-friendly, racially-diverse, presence-driven expressions of our love of God.

In early 2026 we announced to the community that we are now Declare Church. Same God, same mission, new name!
