Deon Baddock

Deon Baddock is currently serving as Executive General Manager at DECMIL since 2022, following a significant tenure at NRW Holdings from 2010 to 2022 as Group Manager - Risk & Commercial. Prior to this, Deon held multiple roles at Ertech including General Manager, Business Unit Manager, and Project/Operations Manager from 2005 to 2010. Deon holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) from Curtin University, and has furthered professional education with a Company Directors Course from the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Certificate in Adjudication from the Resolution Institute IAMA, a Professional Certificate in Arbitration from the University of Adelaide, and a Postgraduate Certificate of Management from the University of Southern Queensland.
