Leandro Borges

Leandro Borges is currently the Head of Growth Enterprise & Partnerships at deco and has been instrumental in leading business initiatives within the tech industry. They previously worked as a Digital Ops professional at Block4, where they contributed to the launch of significant projects in the Web3 space. Leandro also co-founded LUZ Prime, the leading Excel App Store for small businesses and consultants, and served as President of the Empresa Júnior PUC-Rio, achieving notable financial success. They hold a degree in Business Strategy with a focus on Marketing and Finance from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro.
