Lucas Ribeiro

Lucas Ribeiro is the Head of Brand and a founding team member at deco.cx, where they shape and amplify the brand's presence. Previously, they served as the Employer Branding Leader at VTEX, leading various strategic initiatives related to employer branding. Lucas held roles at Som Livre as a Junior Designer and at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro, where they contributed to research in UI and UX for deaf and hard of hearing users. They began their career as an intern at eStoks, gaining insights into startups and entrepreneurship.
