Ruhan Dong

Ruhan Dong currently serves as the Head of Operations at Airmart since 2023 and has been a Fellow at DECODE since September 2021. Previously, Ruhan held a role in Product Growth at Facebook focused on social commerce from September 2020 to August 2021 and worked in Growth Analytics at Pandora from January 2019 to August 2020, emphasizing data-driven growth strategies. Ruhan also contributed as the Director of the Business Analytics Student Association at the University of Southern California in 2018, co-initiating a Business Analytics Case Competition. Additional experience includes serving as a Research Assistant on a National Science Foundation project and interning in Global Commercial Operations at Amgen. Ruhan holds a Master's degree in Business Analytics from the University of Southern California and a High School Diploma in Science from The High School Affiliated to Shanghai University.
