I have spent 25+ years inside these businesses — not advising from the outside. On the warehouse floor picking and packing. As the IT engineer. As the operations manager. As the person who implemented the systems, lived with the consequences, and fixed what went wrong.

That experience means I know what a system needs to do for the person using it, not just the person paying for it.
