Lizzy Johnson

Lizzy Johnson is the Director of Client Management at Decoded, where they lead a team dedicated to delivering top-notch data and digital training programs. With prior experience as a Senior Analyst and Policy Team Leader in the UK Civil Service, Lizzy has a strong background in policy roles and team leadership. Currently pursuing a Level 5 qualification in Learning and Development through CIPD, Lizzy is passionate about education and frequently volunteers with Girlguiding to provide training and mentoring to adults and young people. They also have a keen interest in languages, actively building skills in French, Spanish, and Catalan through volunteer interpreting.
