Tess Young

Tess Young has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and companies. From 2010 to 2014, they worked at Lambeth Palace as an Inter Religious Affairs Project Coordinator. Following this, they joined South London Cares in 2014 and served as the Head of Programmes until 2017. From 2017 to 2019, Tess worked at The Cares Family as the Director of Operations. Currently, they are employed at Decoded, starting as the Head of Delivery in 2019, then progressing to the role of Head of Mentorship until 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Product Operations at Decoded.

Tess Young completed their A Levels in Law, English Literature, and French at Scarborough Sixth Form College from 2005 to 2007. After that, they pursued a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree with a focus on Human Rights Law, Public International Law, Criminology, and Criminal Justice at King's College London from 2007 to 2010.
