Vaishali Singh

Vaishali Singh is an accomplished Learning Experience Designer (LXD) Director at Decoded since October 2022, with a rich background in educational design spanning over two decades. Prior to current responsibilities, Vaishali held various senior positions at QA Ltd, including Head of Learning Architecture and Senior Instructional Designer, contributing significantly to the development of learning solutions from March 2011 to October 2022. Experience also includes roles at The National Strategies, Adayana, and SumTotal Systems, with expertise in instructional design and digital learning. Vaishali began a career in education as a teacher at APEEJAY School and DAV Public School. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Instructional Design from Symbiosis, an Advanced Diploma in Multimedia and Web Design from Arena Delhi, a Bachelor of Education from Rohtak University, and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Delhi University.
