Will Danckwerts

Will Danckwerts is a Technical Director at Decoded, where they lead technical initiatives and enhance technology use across learning products. With over thirteen years of experience in technical project and product management, they have a history of implementing innovative solutions, such as complex cloud architectures and scalable processes. Prior to their current role, Will has served as a Data Engineer at Ganddee and held multiple leadership positions at Decoded, including Head of Technical Assurance and Technical Project Manager. Will graduated with a BA in History from UCL and earned an MBA with distinction from the University of Warwick.
