Decoder helps Seed and Series A startups validate Product-Market Fit with objective behavioral data - before they pitch investors.

🧠 The Problem we solve
78% of startups fail because they build products people say they want, but don't actually use. Traditional user research captures what people *say*, not what they *feel*. Surveys lie. Focus groups are biased. Self-reported feedback misses the emotional truth.

⚡ Our Solution: The 48-Hour Neuro Sprint
We measure what users
don't say - through facial emotion recognition, voice analytics, and
behavioral signals - structured across our proprietary
NeuroScore framework:
- Attention: Do they notice what matters?
- Safety: Do they trust your product?
- Value: Do they see the benefit?
- Simplicity: Is it intuitive?
- Peak: What moments delight them?
- Memory: Will they come back?

📊 What You Get
- Behavioral PMF validation in 48 hours
- Actionable reports with specific fixes (not just data)
- Objective emotional metrics vs. self-reported noise
- Investor-ready proof your product resonates

✅ Who We Help
Pre-Series A founders who need to prove PMF before fundraising—but can't afford €50K+ enterprise neuromarketing solutions. We're the bridge between unreliable surveys and inaccessible enterprise tools.

📈 Results that matter
Our clients reduce drop-off by 30%+ and use behavioral insights to secure funding. One HR/AI startup cut onboarding drop-off from 78% to 52% and raised €1.2M after implementing our recommendations.

🔬 The Science behind It
Led by Dr. Ivan Brak (PhD Neuroscience, 18+ years, 40+ publications), our methodology goes beyond traditional UX research. We don't ask users what they think - we measure what they feel.

Your customers are already telling you the truth. Just not with words.
