Michael Cai is a seasoned professional in the textile and garment industry, having started their career in 1998. They served as Director of Operations & Supply Chain at Decor Apparel and held the position of Marketing Director during their tenure there from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, Michael worked at Next Sourcing Limited as an Assistant Product Manager from 2004 to 2010, contributing to the development and merchandising of apparel products. They also co-founded an internet-based fashion retail business in China, P.A.S, between 2010 and 2011. Michael earned a BA in English Language and Literature from Donghua University, where they studied from 1994 to 1998.
